How to Make Icy Thai Milk Tea

Thai Tea has a unique orange color and exotic taste. It is made from mixing really strong tea with spices, evaporated milk, condensed milk and sugar.

ICY THAI MILK TEA RECIPE

Brew Time: 8 mins; Servings: 2 cups

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp (24g) of Thai tea mix
  • 2 tea pouches / filter bags
  • 6 tbsp of evaporated milk
  • 4 tbsp of condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 2 cups of ice cubes

Directions:

1. Brew Tea

Fill the tea pouches with tea for easy handling. Add tea pouches and water into Qi Aerista IoTea Brewer. Use the 'Strong' (95C/8 mins) program to brew the tea concentrate.

2. Prepare Tea Mixture

Add sugar and condensed milk into a heat-resistant jug. Pour in the hot tea concentrate and stir well. 

3. Mix & Stir

Top a glass with ice cubes. Pour the tea mixture in.  Add evaporated milk. Stir and serve!
