ICY THAI MILK TEA RECIPE
Brew Time: 8 mins; Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tbsp (24g) of Thai tea mix
- 2 tea pouches / filter bags
- 6 tbsp of evaporated milk
- 4 tbsp of condensed milk
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 2 cups of ice cubes
Directions:
1. Brew TeaFill the tea pouches with tea for easy handling. Add tea pouches and water into Qi Aerista IoTea Brewer. Use the 'Strong' (95C/8 mins) program to brew the tea concentrate.
2. Prepare Tea MixtureAdd sugar and condensed milk into a heat-resistant jug. Pour in the hot tea concentrate and stir well.
3. Mix & StirTop a glass with ice cubes. Pour the tea mixture in. Add evaporated milk. Stir and serve!
