Here is an important follow-up to our latest project update (available here: https://qiaerista.com/blogs/smart-tea-brewer/qi-aerista-post-campaign-update-31) regarding shipment information.

We were informed by our logistics partners that it is mandatory to include your contact number on the shipping label to ensure proper delivery. So please add/update your contact number to your address information that in case you haven't done so already.

If you need to change your address/phone number before we ship, please do so before Monday, May 28 as we will lock down the address list in advance of the actual shipment.

After we finalize the address list, we will generate shipping orders through our online store www.qiaerista.com with your pledged item(s). You will receive an order confirmation email afterwards. Once your brewer ships, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with tracking number.
