Wild White Peony
These precious Wild White Peony (aka Bai Mudan) shrubs, grown without interference by farmers, can reach over 3 meters (10ft) in height as compared to plantation ones that are usually under a meter (3ft) in height.
As its name implies, the appearance of the white peony should resemble a flower shape, with plucking standard of a bud and two leaves. White peony is a class of white tea that falls between silver needle and shoumei. Therefore, its aroma and flavor profile spells out characteristic flavor that is bolder than silver needle and yet more refreshing and sweeter than shoumei.
Our Wild White Peony grown naturally, processed using traditional sun withering, and undisturbed for over 2 years in sealed environment, this white peony will definitely deliver a refreshing infusion of pure white teas.
