How it works
How we choose tea at Qi Aerista
The teas we chose are high grade, authentic Chinese teas and each teas we selected need to meet the following criteria:
- Unique. The teas must be unique in certain cherished aspect (e.g. their tea type, sensory profile, harvest year, etc.)
- Authentic. The taste, aroma, and appearance should match the profile of the tea type.
- Safe. The teas must be safe for us to consume and it is our number one consideration. We source from reputable, experienced tea farmers that practice biodynamic or organic farming. Our tea farmers care about their plantation and teas as much as we care about our cup of tea.
- Simply Delicious. Before we decide on which teas to source, we went through rounds of tea evaluation using the professional tea evaluation process, the traditional gaiwan process, the western steeping process as well as testing using our Qi Aerista brewer. We need to ensure that the teas that we provide to you will be enjoyed equally well in any method that you would choose.

Q: How do I join the tea club?
You can choose a 2 teas club ($20) or a 3 teas club ($26) plan. No extra club fee is required.
Q: How does the tea club work?
- Select a tea club: 2 teas or 3 teas
- Place your order
- Order will be shipped to you within 2 working days.
- A confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent to you after shipping.
- Subsequent tea clubs will be shipped to you one month after the last shipment.
- Subscription renewals will be charged to your card based on your payment cycle. Notification via email of charges and shipments will be sent to you monthly.

Q: Can I cancel once I joined?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time before the shipment of your Tea Club.
Q: Do I get discounts if I subscribed for more than 1 month?
Yes. 5% off if you subscribe for 3 months and 15% off if you subscribe for 6 months.
Q: When will my tea club ship?
The tea club will be shipped to you within 2 working days. Subsequent tea clubs will be shipped to you one month after the last shipment.
