Rick grew up in Hong Kong, a city vibrant with tea culture from the East & West. His childhood is haunted by the horrors of badly brewed tea that ruined family meals and other special occasions.

Our brewer comes with an easy-to-use app for you to take total control over the entire brewing process. You can also precisely customize temperature, time and brewing methods as you want.
HOW DOES QI AERISTA HELP ME WITH TEA BREWING?
When you need a perfect cup of tea any time, Qi Aerista is here to help. All you have to do is:
1. Add water and tea leaves in the brewer.
2. Select the tea type and tap 'Brew' on the touch panel.
Qi Aerista will then first heat the water to the desired temperature for that tea type. The aero-brew infusion system will be activated to control the water temperature, brewing time and water flow during the entire brewing process.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BREWING IS DONE?
After brewing is completed, Qi Aerista will beep to signal that tea is ready. It will then automatically switch to keep warm mode and keep your tea warm for up to 1 hour.
CAN QI AERISTA BE USED TO JUST HEAT WATER?
Certainly! Let Qi Aerista be your digital variable temperature kettle when you are in the mood for traditional tea making. Simply select the tea type and tap on 'Heat' on the touch panel. Qi Aerista will then heat the water to the right temperature and buzz you when it's done. There you have your water at the perfect temperature for your own way of tea making.
WHAT IF I WANT TO FIRST BOIL WATER BEFORE BREWING?
Qi Aerista offers a special Boil & Brew mode via the app where it first heats the water to the boiling point (default 100C/212F). Then Qi Aerista will wait until water temperature drops to the desired temperature (e.g. Black tea at 95C/203F) to start brewing automatically.
HOW MUCH WATER AND TEA LEAVES SHOULD I ADD FOR EACH BREW?
We suggest 1 cup (0.23L/8oz) of water to 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea leaves.
WHAT KIND OF WATER SHOULD I USE FOR BREWING?
We suggest using clean drinking water that is safe to consume without boiling. The water should also be low in mineral content to minimize scaling and stains.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and delivery of your item (whichever is later), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as tea, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds maybe granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
In addition, sold as used, refurbished, or free shipping items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank or PayPal account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm the shipping address and exchange procedures.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please send us an email at email@example.com and confirm the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping if paid by us in advance will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over US$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
