This tea is cultivated in Master Zhang’s tea garden located in Mount Xiyan, a famous mountain in eastern Guangdong province known for its big rocks with various shapes. The tea trees in Master Zhang’s garden are left to be grown into full-sized trees with minimal human interference to preserve the trees’ naturally living environment.
The Dancong trees we selected are grown at high elevation of 1110 meters (3641 feet) and the plants are 53 years old. To dry and enhance the flavor profile, the tea leaves had undergone slow roasting with charcoal for about 12 hours.
Aroma is bold with lasting fragrance of sweet fruits and flower bouquets. Rich, with flavorsome mix of honey, floral tones and ended with lingering mild sweet aftertaste.

90oC/194oF brewing temperature
3 minutes brewing time
