Lu’an Guapian is recognized as one of the top 10 famous teas in China. It is best known for its plucking standard that distinguishes itself from other green teas. Plucking takes place when the second and third leaves on the shoot unfold. Bud and stems are removed from the leaves and the Lu’an Guapian is made only with the leaves.
