Cancellation Policy - Qi Aerista Artisan Tea Club

You can cancel your tea club subscription any time before the next scheduled shipment of your Tea Club package.

To cancel your subscription, please email us at support@qiaerista.com.

For prepaid subscriptions, you can request a refund for any unused portions as calculated by the prepaid amount minus the number of delivered Tea Club packages times its monthly regular price including shipping. Additional refund processing fees may also apply.
